Published FREE on the web at thewebfairy.com by the First Church of Reason. It was expressly forbidden (almost) that The Book of Life be published in mashed tree and squid juice format.

These pages are presented All Rights Reversed (k) in the Discordian tradition. With the caveat that they are not to be bound together into a book, photocopied back to back, or even stapled together. to do so would impose a burden on their power to answer any questions about themselves with the next page you pick up. Every random order is correct.
Clearly this is utter nonsense. You can’t add caveats to the terms of (K) and expect them to be obeyed, especially where Discordian publishing houses are concerned. Also, to recreate the random order, just tear out all the pages and throw them in the air!
